Plot Summary:

The story is abut Fujioka Haruhi, a smart and independent girl. She earns scholarship in Ouran High School, a prestigious academy for rich students and heirs to different corporations in Japan. Because of her family’s financial situation, she is unable to afford their school uniform resulting to her wearing long slacks, polo shirts and vests which looks very similar to the boy’s uniform. Thus, people often had mistaken her as a boy.

One day while looking for a quiet place to study, she enters Ouran’s 3rd Music Room which is the room of the Host Club. She accidentally breaks an expensive vase worth 8 Million Yen and is instantly in debt. To compensate for the vase, she works as the Host Clubs “Dog” and is soon promoted to become one of the Club’s Hosts.
